We provide unlimited revisions after the first initial draft to ensure customer satisfaction. The turnaround time for revisions may vary, sometimes taking 24 to 48 hours.
Refund Policy
We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction for all our services. However, refund requests will be considered under certain conditions:
No refund requests will be entertained after 12 hours of initial design samples delivery. No refund requests will be entertained if revisions have been requested on any of the initial design samples provided. Refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Refunds will be approved or disapproved on an individual case-by-case basis.

To claim your refund, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

We offer free multiple revisions to ensure your satisfaction. We will keep revising the design until you are 100% satisfied. We also offer free coordination with your printing company, if required.
Domain and Hosting
Domain and hosting will be provided for free with website packages, where applicable. Email accounts provided with website packages can be configured on third-party email software. Each email account will have 10MB of space.
Delivery Policy
All design order files are delivered to your account area as per the date specified on the order confirmation. An email will also be sent to inform you about the design order delivery. Revision and refund policies are subject to the date and time of design order delivery to your account area.
Record Maintenance
We keep a record of your finalized design. If you require the final files again in the future, we can send them to you upon request.

Digital Cybernation is not liable for any correspondence from email addresses other than those followed by our own domain. We should not be held responsible for any damage caused by such correspondence. We only take responsibility for communication through email addresses under our own domain name.
